The hotel was very neat and clean. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. They also served a good continental breakfast. The only issue I had was the room key being deactivated during our stay and having to go to the front desk to correct the issue.

Fantastic hotel for the price! Very clean and well maintained, attentive staff, comfortable room, easy access to Carowinds, I-77, restaurants including walking distance to Culver's, Jimmy Johns, Starbucks, and an amazing Mexican Restaurant. Highly recommended if you want a lot without having to pay a premium price.

10/10 all around!! When we came inside after getting our things the staff stopped us and told us we were getting a different room than the one they were giving us to begin with because the AC was broken. They are so sweet

The hotel was very clean. The shower had great water pressure. And the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent but nothing special.

We have stayed here several times on our way to and from florida. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. There is a great Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot. And there is a Culver's just around the corner. Also situated so you do not have to go back out onto the main highways.

Check in was fast and easy. The room was super clean and freshened daily which was nice, but it is outdated which I don’t mind as long as it’s well maintained. I did see a roach in the bathroom as soon as I got into my room but he minded his business and I minded mine, that was the only time I saw one during my stay. Water pressure was amazing, hot water last for a while and the shower head felt like a nice massage. Would definitely stay again
