What a great place to stay while in Pismo. It’s tucked back so you are away from the main area, and I loved that. Room, bedding, and overall appearance was great. The pool area is well maintained as well. Would stay here every time I am in the area.

We had one of 4 accessible rooms (king bed, pool view, elevator access to parking and pool and same level as lobby, breakfast room and ice/vending machines). The room itself was spacious, with dual sinks, walk-in shower with seat (there was a step to negotiate but also grab bars), plenty of room around the bed to move, and a separate sitting area with a microwave, small fridge and sink. There were two 60"+ TVs, one in the sleeping area and one in the sitting area. With the room layout, one person can comfortably sleep while others watch TV in the sitting area. There is also a patio with seating that looks over the pool & spa. It can be a bit active during the day, but is very quiet and lovely at night. The carpet is a bit older, but seemed clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were several pillows to choose from, with different " plumpness" levels. Overall, this was one of the best weekends I've spent in the area, and the Best Western staff and facility were a large contributor to that. I would highly recommend it for staying in the Five Cities/SLO area for business or relaxation.

This place was incredible for the price. The staff was friendly. The amenities were excellent. The hot tub was nice and hot. Even the lobby was very nice with a fireplace and free water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I think 24 hours. The only thing was, the breakfast could have been better. It was typical hotel breakfast.
