I was there for 3 days. Saturday was the busiest and I noticed the breakfast items were mostly gone. Outside of that everything was fine.

I had a great night stay overall only downside I could even drum up would be a big spider that was on the wall in the bathroom and quite a few cobwebs up on the ceiling in the room that have never been cleaned off but given that it’s Grass Valley, I’m sure that they’re plenty of spiders and Grass Valley. I’m glad I’m not afraid of them. Also, when I went to breakfast, I left some things in my room and when I got back to the room, my key cards were already deactivated and that was before 9 AM. I’m not sure why the key cards would be deactivated before checkout time. I walked all the way back to the office and they reactivated them just so I could get my stuff out. I was also very happy to have hot breakfast items like eggs and sausage available since I’m on keto diet most hotels have only carbohydrates and this was very nice. Although I didn’t see any butter available, which would’ve been nice to add. With all that said, everything else was wonderful. I had a room with a jetted tub and that was very relaxing and helped me sleep like a baby that night. I do plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Traveling with my brother, who is disabled can be very difficult for us. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately this hotel does not offer a 2 queen suite wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. The first room was not going to work due to it having a tub/shower and they only had 1 shower bench available for guests, that was already being used. She walked with me to look at a few choices. My brother had a hard time getting into the bathroom, it was not handicap accessible, and the room was very small for him to try to get around in it. The wheelchair lift for the pool and the spa are broken. I was told by maintenance, they've been broken for a long time. It was extremely frustrating fory brother, he has a hard time understanding why its always the disabled people that have to go without when traveling. We will not be staying here for our yearly trip next year. Like I said its very challenging for us to travel, I try to make our trip as easy on both of us as possible.

We love it all, we would love to see the carpet removed in the downstairs s rooms by the pool. When we arrive our room always smells like pet pee. I always have to make a run to Safeway for pet deodorizer spray. A flooring upgrade would be grand!!!
