Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Nice to have access to snacks/ fresh fruit all day.

This charming, converted Victorian was the perfect place to spend our first night in Alaska. The entire hotel was immaculate, the decor was sort of shabby chic - in a good way, and the staff were wonderful. The free shuttle service from the hotel and to our cruise line was a very nice bonus. We were walking distance to a homey cafe, the Valley Restaurant. The made to order breakfast at the hotel, which was included in the price of the room, was delicious. Our room was large, well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a nice tub/ shower set up. The shower was great. We didn’t use the large jacuzzi tub. All in all, a peaceful, quiet, and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very pretty I had a bed and breakfast kind of value to it it was just really very very beautiful hotel I just really loved it I would have stayed longer if we would have been able to I just liked a lot it was very cozy and comfortable

The room was a nice room, but could’ve used a couple of foot stools and more options to hang clothing, especially wet clothing. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful and enjoyable to talk to you. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay thank you to the staff

It was so cute and sweet I really liked it and the breakfast was very good very good my husband liked his breakfast we were actually there twice we were there one day and then we went to skagway and kept her suitcases at the other Best Western and then when you went back for a couple days later and this place is so so nice it is really very very nice I like it a lot it's like a baby breakfast it's very sweet and cute I like that a lot
