A lovely location with a incredibly comfortable, clean and quiet room. The front desk staff was wonderful and so accommodating at my check-in after a very long road trip. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

This property was lovely. Everything was clean and in tip top shape! It was perfectly situated just a half mile from Face Rock. The woman at the front desk whose name I can’t remember (who graduated from Kailua High School in Hawaii) was so helpful with recommendations. She recommended that we go see the Circles of Sand at Face Rock and she was so right! It was one of the highlights of our trip! We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western!

1) hooray for free parking and a really nice complimentary breakfast. 2) good location so can walk to beach. 3) nice room with microwave and refrigerator (unfortunately no freezer up top to freeze water bottles for cooler ice). 4) beware that pet friendly also means you can’t leave dog in room to go get dinner even with an enclosed kennel carrier-big bummer.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast staff was cheerful and helpful always greeted us with a good morning and have a good day when we were leaving. Definitely would stay again

The front desk lady was amazing! It was our 8th year in a row and we may not be back next year due to our oldest going off to college. She upgraded our room to the best ocean view! The breakfast staff are friendly and funny. Beach access is private and cozy. We just love it there and will be missing it until next time.

The staff here were phenomenal. We have never felt so welcome at a hotel before. They were warm, kind and inviting. Room was clean, pool and hot tub were all clean and nice. The property and location were perfect. I would stay here again.

I love this hotel. I have stayed there many times as I travel down the coast to California. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and it is a short walk to the beach. Staff is wonderful - provided utensils to eat the crab I bought in my room!
