Linda at the front desk was extremely helpful! Toilet is really low, more towel racks needed. Housekeeping was awesome and very friendly!

Our stay was very enjoyable, everyone on the staff were extremely helpful, and the property is quite well situated. I think we will be back!

Room was clean, breakfast was very good and complete, and parking was no problem. Would stay there again.

Nice location, close to main shopping areas and walking distance to lots of food options. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Our sheets were getting threadbare in places but that was minor and we had no complaints. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast offered had lots of options which was great as we both have dietary restrictions. Will recommend and will probably stay here again.

The property is constantly being maintained. Every staff person is friendly and helpful. These staff are the ones who helped me that i would like to give credit to: Matt, Lorrayne, Danny, Dakota, and Amber. They each made our stay wonderful. We will be back!

The stay was great. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Staff was very kind and helpful. My biggest issue was whoever cleaned our room used the toilet and left it dirty. I had to clean pee off of the seat.

Seriously good stay. Very pleased with everything and will likely stay here again on future visits to Long Beach. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was good; well-maintained and no pressure to rush off (might be different during a full weekend in the summer, though). Room was a good size and clean. Was a little concerned about being on the first floor, not far from the lobby, but it was quiet and we got a good night's sleep.

Breakfast was fresh but the same every day no variation we got the waffles, sausage eggs, biscuits, and gravy every day. Parking was not always adequate. They were sold out and parking was not always available

The staff members were delightful. The person who served the breakfast was so helpful and friendly. The front desk staff went above and beyond, helping us with everything from letting me borrow tools for my bike to recommending activities. All four staff I interacted with were exceptional. Thank you!!
