Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly. The room was quite large and also had a large bathroom. Everything worked as expected. One thing that was weird to me, was that the rooms dont come with a coffee pot. You have to ask for one. But that doesn't bother me, I rarely drink it anyways. The only thing I didnt like, was how rough the bath towels are. They are seriously some of the roughest and most uncomfortable towels I've ever used. I did not partake on the free breakfast, so I can't review that. But the air conditioning was great in the room and it was overall a good experience!

This Mineola location is clean, quiet and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. They offered scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, gravy and pastries. We'll be staying here again next year for the Para-Con conference. My only tip: they don't have coffee pots in the room now so just ask for one when you check in.
