Staff were welcoming and genuinely and despite the building being a little older they have done a wonderful job at keeping it clean and sorted.

Clean room, beautiful view, pool and hot tub were fantastic, didn't use the wet or dry sauna but they looked amazing. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and they cooked omelets to your order and they cook them right in front of you. 10/10 recommend! Would definitely stay again!

Happy stay, lovely front desk staff, just renovated room (make sure to select rooms with a view). Not fancy...was just as advertised as a nice roadside Best Western.

I arrived early and the staff were very accommodating to me. I was glad as I had driver in from California . The room was very clean and I was comfortable. I didn't have breakfast that morning as I had to get on the road.

The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast I've had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Omelets were delicious. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Even though it’s right on the highway it was still quiet with very little traffic noise. Would definitely recommend this property!

The room was clean, we stayed in a pet friendly room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The only negatives was no one messaged me back on the text line when it said if you need anything message there. Just needed a box fan to block out noise- still haven’t seen a reply to yes or no. They have a small grass pad for dogs which is nice. The fridge made a high pitch motor noise the entire stay. My dog was not a fan- the box fan would have been nice.

We had a great stay at Best Western Pier Point Inn! The location is absolutely beautiful—right by the river with stunning views that made the whole experience even more relaxing for my family. The rooms were very clean, neat, and comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere—perfect for a family getaway. One small detail was that the toilet seat felt a bit smaller than usual, which was a little unusual, but everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options—definitely a highlight of our stay! We also enjoyed the amenities—the pool was open until 10 PM, which was great for relaxing with the family in the evening, and the gym, while simple, was still good and had what we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, making us feel comfortable from start to finish. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean, quiet and the pet approved room didn't smell like I have experienced in the past at other hotels. Staff was very nice and great food. Made to order omlette was perfect. Our pooch even enjoyed it. We will definitely stay there again..
