The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I truly believe they wanted me happy. So it was a problem when the toilet stopped flushing in my Room 202. I won't tell all the details, but having a working toilet should be a priority. When it appeared repairs would be delayed, the front desk staff assigned me a different room. There seem to be issues with Room 202; decline it, if offered. Otherwise, my 3 night stay was wonderful. I enjoyed the space in the rooms, they were clean and quiet, and I felt safe. The hot tub and pool are closed for renovations, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was a complete hot buffet. Despite feeding large tour groups, I did not see them run out of food. It's a good location up the hill, and views are available. Yes, I would stay here again.

When I read reviews I thought this was the BW with the better view across the street. Looking back at what I was reviewing I think some of the customer reviews are mixed between the two BW. Just so one knows, the BW Plus is great but the BW has a better view. Also, Nick was really helpful at the front desk.

Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff working at it kept counters and tables clean and the food well stocked. Within walking distance of restaurants.

The breakfast was awful, very disappointing. No selection of bread, no meat at all. The coffee was so weak it hardly had any flavour. We didn't even bother to go for breakfast the second morning.

Stayed 1 night as part of a 10 day car trip. The hotel was conveniently located to several restaurants and attractions. Staff was super friendly and our room was very clean and had nice amenities. The shower was fantastic and tge bed comfortable. We would stay again if in the area.
