The room was very clean. Breakfast from 6 to 9 was plentiful. I had scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice, and yogurt. They have waffles you can make on the spot. The hot tub is twice as big as ones I've seen at other hotels. Except the jets were so strong they would splash you on the head occasionally. Wish they would turn it down just a tad. My room's window faced the next-door US 23 expressway and the noise from the traffic was horrible at night. Fortunately for me, changing the AC fan to blow constantly was enough to drown out most of the noise and make it okay for my sensitive ears. I don't know why, but my room's TV remote won't turn on/off or change the volume. Luckily, the volume was already at an acceptable level for me. There's a button under the TV's bottom right corner that turns it on and off and you have to push it just right for a second to make it work. My stay was excellent despite those minor inconveniences.

My mother and I were having some issues creating our boarding passes and the front desk agent Maya was extremely helpful. I wanted to give her a special thanks. I am a retired hotel manager myself and I know that great staffing can go a long way to giving the guests a great experience. I hope to return in 2 years and I also hope that Maya will still be there to check me in.

The only thing that was not fun was the pool and hot tub were contaminated, not the fault of the hotel or staff. People need to do better. Ugh!

Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and even though we weren’t going to be there for breakfast they still prepared a “to go bag” for us. We booked the suite which had plenty of room. The only drawback was the shuttle service hours. It didn’t start early enough to accommodate our early morning flight and didn’t run on Sunday when we returned, so that was an extra expense we didn’t count on.

Beautiful hotel! I wished that our bathroom was a little more clean, BUT the room and hotel itself had really great amenities and the staff was extremely pleasant! We will definitely stay at this one again.
