This was a good stopping place before a flight to Los angeles. Close to airport, clean and hearty breakfast. Room was well maintained.

Clean room with very comfortable beds. We stayed because of a very early morning flight, so weren't able to enjoy the breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport was right on time.

Every thing was great, especially for an airport hotel. Staff were helpful and the room was larger than I expected.

Nice hotel. I experienced a problem with the air conditioning unit, it wasn't working when I got in. I went to the desk and a staff member came to the room and fixed the problem immediately. It needed to be reset (button is on a plug going into the wall). I've never experienced that before or have seen that. The other thing I would say is, the breakfast is very good. The first day everything was ready on time. On the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay, a different employee was still setting things up and the coffee machine wasn't available right away. It didn't take long but if you can't wait, then you'll have to get coffee elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice, especially for business travel, and conveniently located halfway between the airport and the large CHI Health Center (convention center, not hospital!) downtown. The staff was great and accommodating and quick to care for needs. They have a nice hot breakfast but if you want something nicer there is a Perkins just across from it. I met a business colleague there for a breakfast meeting. The TV's have YouTube and one other digital channel (can't recall if it was Netflix or Prime or what because I didn't use it). That's a nice perk since I like to sign n and watch the news on YouTube after a long day. Based on my experience (two night stay), if you stay here you won't be disappointed.

Great location. Rooms were very clean. Appreciate the concern of manager regarding how our breakfast was. Very helpful when our keys did not work. Will gladly stay here again.
