Didn't spend much time in our room as we were on vacation and busy but we were satisfied with the accommodations

Great stay just wish the accessible rooms were on the ground floor. The elevator briefly broke but staff was helpful and allowed us to use the staff elevator.

The room was clean and had an easterly view of Mt Olympus, beautiful during sunrise. We were able to sleep with our window open and enjoy the cool mountain air with very little noise. We were in a hurry to get on with our day’s plans and left a pair of prescription glasses. Called the front desk asking them to look at breakfast area since that is where we thought they were. The staff looked in several places and found them in our room. Called us and we were able to pick them up at the end of the day, much to our relief. Staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in and check-out.

This was by far the best place we stayed. Room was very large and comfortable. Had two comfortable chairs to sit in to watch tv when we were in the room. Had our two grandkids. They enjoyed the space that the room offered. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at The Best Western! The property was clean throughout, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and the 24 hour coffee station was a hit with us!

Great property. Very good staff, courteous and helpful We arrived at 2 am after flight delays but staff made sure we had our room access when I called ahead to ask about our late night situation. Breakfast was really good and lady at the concierge gave awesome sightseeing tips for the short time we were there

Not sure why the old lobby isn’t in use… seems better than the makeshift one they have now. Otherwise good hot tub and pool, clean room, great soap and hair products provided. Small parking lot and right off the main road but overall fine for one night.

Great stay, breakfast, and overall stay. A bit pricey, but we booked last minute. Overall a great stay!

The room was larger than the typical BW. The breakfast had good options ( except for gluten or dairy free options). Laundry and other amenities were good and the location was close to restaurants and 2 entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park.

A new facility, great staff......more like a "big name" chain facility than what I expected for Best Western. Well done.
