It’s a nice place with a courteous staff. The only ding I can is regarding the mattresses in Room 400. Too much sag in the middle and during my 4 night stay my lower back was in rough shape. I ended up walking over to a spa on the second floor of the mall to have it worked on.

Larry was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Carpet in room 120 need reglued down. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and great breakfast and clean pool.

Everything was as promised.. a very clean room daily, staff that helped quickly with my questions. The breakfast was attended to by a person who kept the food flowing and everyone happy. I stayed 4 days and it was very consistent, no surprises and I like that. Thanks to the staff

The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.

The room was clean and comfortable. The available breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint was that we could really hear the guests from the floor above. It sounded like they were stomping through their room, when I am sure they were just walking.

Everything was ideal ,this place makes you feel welcome . And it is a great landing spot after a long day. My hat is off to couple of ladies that put the breakfast together. They work so hard preparing great food a mean cup of coffee but they dont work hard at there smiles and laughter that just is them. The maid service is incredible , impecible job. I left my maid a nice tip. She earned it by just being exceptional. In the later evening the,front desk is maned by a gentleman say 50. Super nice knew my name and room number without having to look or me tell him. He always had great things to talk about. Real pleasure seeing him each nite. The whole place is maintained incredibly. For the cost of hotels you get more than your dollars worth. When i travel i typically stay with best westwern . Never a bad experience

Let's start off with Larry. He went above and beyond to help accommodate me and my family. Not only for us, but his interactions with every customer was very awesome. He did everything to try and make everyone stay feel Welcome. We were visiting My Father and Sister, and this hotel was the closest. First time staying here, and I'm glad I made the right decision. My room was very nice, clean, spacious, and the beds was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely be back and recommend staying here.
