Clean room, staff was nice. My coffee maker in room didn't work but they had great coffee in the lobby area. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time! The price was amazing, and check-in was incredibly easy. The woman who helped us at the front desk was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had a nice, quiet room. She even arranged a complimentary late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy the pool a little longer and made our stay that much more relaxing. The pool was clean, refreshing, and very well maintained. We also loved that there are BBQs available for guests to use. Our room was spacious, spotless, and stocked with toiletries, making everything convenient and comfortable. There’s a small convenience store inside the hotel, and the location is fantastic. You’re just minutes from places like Tractor Supply, Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and plenty of other shopping and dining options. Breakfast was good, and we especially appreciated the 24/7 espresso and tea bar, which was such a nice touch. Overall, the staff, amenities, cleanliness, and value were outstanding. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend, and we will definitely stay here again when we’re in Yuma!

I was visiting my daughter and we stayed here for 4 days. The parking lot was clean and lots of open spaces. The lobby was clean and spacious. The room had enough space and was clean and had up to date decor. The bed, pillow and sheets were comfortable, clean & smooth. The toilet water pressure was strong. The water faucet had a good flow and the spout was far enough away from thee sink basin. The shower spray was strong and a great circumference spray. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee espresso machine was awesome. We plan to stay here again when we visit our daughter. There is not much to do here in Yuma, but shopping was good.

We had a rough beginning with no one at the front desk when we first got there and a line began to start, but when she got down to the counter, she was amazing. Everything was clean. The room was great. Breakfast was great. Everyone we interacted with was a really nice and friendly.

The Hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the Freeway and surrounding shops and restaurants. The room we had was great, the staff were friendly and very professional. They serve a nice breakfast every morning. Applebee's is right next door, so we dined there quite a bit as we were there for a week. I highly recommend staying here
