The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient during our check-in. Shortly after we enter the room, the front desk called to make sure everything met our expectations, which was a nice touch. I had no major complaints The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient during our check-in. We were extremely pleased with the size of the road, it’s cleansing us, and the amenities provided. For the price, it was an excellent value. I had no major complaints during my stay air-conditioning was making a slight vibration noise, I removed it, and reinstalled the filter for the noise stopped. Everything worked well after that overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.. The room was clean, the staff was outstanding, and experience exceeding my expectations. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others.

Upon check in I was greeted by both sweet young ladies working. Jayda did the actual process of checking me in very efficiently and friendly. I was provided with a handy and helpful map of the premises which most hotels are not as thoughtful. The room was a nice surprise with the sleeper sofa/office area separated from the bed and bathroom area by a unit with TV’s on both sides. When leaving as I was taking things to my car the nice young man working in the pool/hot tub area greeted me and wished me a good day. There was nothing disappointing about this hotel or the staff.

We watched kids running around pool nobody seemed to care. This was right after a man fell down Leaveing pool area he slipped on puddle right outside gate where kids were running in an out. 91.911 was called as I helped the man up and to a chair . People in office never came out. Rescue squad took the guy away.

Always feel welcome by the front desk staff. Everyone is friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable . If you want daily housekeeping ask at the front desk otherwise it is every other day. Extra towels are available at the front desk. Pool is beautiful and perfectly maintained as is the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Very clean room and nice amenities. Fantastic swimming pool! Staff was great, very attentive and cheerful. Breakfast was good. Coffee excellent. If I was disappointed about anything it was that I couldn't find any USB plugs in the room.
