Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful. The location was very central. All in all I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had two double beds as expected and a clean and modern bathroom. Some noise coming from outside occasionally but thats NYC. There was a small resturant area that served breakfast at an additional cost. Check out was 11am we were able to check out at 12 for no extra cost. 1 dollar fee per bag for storage. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, nice room. Changing the temperature for the air conditioning was challenging. Pillows were way too small; we had a king size bed but the 4 pillows were travel size. Would stay here again, please get larger pillows.

The hotel is in Koreatown, and it's near many good places! The cleaners always made the room neat when we came back. There were no loud noises made by other people; it was a good experience.

Fab hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Clean, modern, and well set up. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s totally expected in NYC, and you’re hardly in them anyway so it really wasn’t an issue. Staff were lovely, housekeeping was excellent and done daily. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again. Fab!

The location of this hotel was perfect! Upon arrival, the staff was very kind and helpful. We called for a few items to be brought to the room and the hotel staff was prompt at helping us, we were more than pleased with their overall great service during our stay. We (4 adults) stayed in the double queen-bed room and it was just right for us for the weekend. The room itself was spotless and had no weird odors. The bathroom, and especially the shower, were a great size and well maintained. Overall, a great experience staying here and I would definitely come back!

Good stay good location for tourist. The staff were very helpful, was able to ask for early check, and luggage storage after check out. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious
