Beautiful view from the first floor. Felt secure at the location, and there were many activities within walking distance. The only complaint was that the elevator was broken the 3 days we were there and we were on the first floor.

This place is in the perfect location. The service is great. The surface of the room is clean but not necessarily in the corners or under the bed. The view from the rooftop was awesome, however the pool looks worn, and the elevator was scary. I will visit again, but for the view and location, there is so much opportunity at this best Western with renovation.

Daniel was a great service, suggesting local attractions we were interested in! The restaurant had delicious pizza and convenient. Rooms are a bit old, elevator system keeps shutting down, noisy kids running the hallways, shower water pressure pretty low, and pool not heated. The hotel was a great location for the price, other than parking costs 50 dollars per day.

Excellent hotel and staff! The location is ideal in riverside north near excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel room was of a modest size, but not terrible. The room had recently undergone renovation. The hotel was tidy. The pizza place next to the hotel was excellent. Also, my son accidentally left his Nintendo Switch at the hotel, and we didn't realize it until we got home several hours later. The hotel located it and promptly shipped it to us. They went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful to them. Will without a doubt return!.

The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly, and the room is spacious and well-appointed with a big comfy bed. I felt safe and secure. The shower head is small, and the water pressure is inadequate. The old heating equipment is also rather noisy and temperamental. Recycling was not given in the room or on the site. The bathroom product is a mix of single-use plastic wrapped and multiple-use. The pool is cold, but the nighttime view from the terrace is worth the drive up! Would recommend and would love to return.
