I loved everything about it. Everybody was professional very kind. Very nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing. The service phenomenal. I will be going back and taking my family again we might do this every year for the fourth. We went to Speelyi Beach. It was beautiful.

The rooms were very clean. The shower was quite technical, and there were two in a single tub. Very spacious room and great variety in breakfast. We stayed only for a single night, but I wouldn't have minded an extended vacation because of the place.

Everyone in our party was impressed with this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations for Best Western. Nice breakfast, enjoyable pool and hot tub. Spacious, clean rooms. Not too noisy despite there being many young kids staying at the same time. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We had a great one night stay at the best Western Snow cap Lodge in Cle Elum! The room was very clean the beds very comfortable. We used the hot tub in pool, which was a nice way to end the night and the convenience of their breakfast in the morning was perfect before we had to get on our way looking forward to our stay next month

The room was clean and equipped with lots of amenities. The staff that I interacted with was awesome! The breakfast food was all real good and lots of variety. The room with two double beds was very large!

Breakfast had a lot of options! We were running late and came down around closing time, they had cleaned things up but still had everything availabile and warm and no one rushed us out. Alexis and Zach were our front desk staff during our stay and honestly was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for a great stay!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Special shout out to Alexis and Josh at the front desk - they were very courteous and also helped us get some replacement pillows for the feather ones in the room, to avoid our allergy issues.
