We were on a road trip for the last 2 weeks and stayed at many Best Westerns throughout the region. Out of all the six or seven Best Westerns that we stayed at this was the absolute cleanest and best customer service that we had experienced. The room had clearly been updated within recent years, bed was comfortable, clean, well maintained indoors and outdoors, front desk staff was friendly, and breakfast had several options other locations did not, and breakfast area was very well maintained by a staff. Prior to coming to this Best Western my husband and I had said to each other how bad the brand has gotten given the experiences we had throughout the course of this trip. But showing up at this Best Western showed us that maybe there are still some Best Westerns that do maintain their properties!

The room was very clean and the staff at the hotel were super friendly! The ladies at breakfast greeted us each morning with a smile. We also enjoyed the hot tub!

Room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, sofa for relaxing, desk for writing or using your laptop, nice sized TV. In room, hot tub for those long days. Everything was perfect.

The room was quiet and comfortable, but not luxurious or finely appointed. It did have nice toiletries in the bath. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was entirely adequate with popular choices including omelets, sausage and bacon. Some features of the hallways showed wear and tear. The property was older but had evidently undergone some renovation and upgrading, but not 100 percent. It was however a very good value for the money.

I only stayed for one night for the Bruno concert, but the staff were super nice, their pool is nice too. It's heated and there's a hot tub. I definitely love that but overall, I would stay there again.
