This is my second time staying in this place I really like how clean it is , next time hope the weather is good i want to enjoy the pool side looks very clean and maintained, most important for me to keep coming there they have refrigerated and microwave to store your leftover food as other hotel around don’t offer Thank you and to the gentleman that help me on check in he was so nice explaining everything

The Best Western at Surf City was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast had many options. The staff was extremely helpful as well.

Staff was so friendly, and hospitality was great all around. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints about bed comfort. AC worked great. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of tables to eat including a cute outdoor patio. Staff was nice enough to bring my waffle to me when it was ready! I love how the landscape was kept up and the pool looked clean. It’s a short 6 min drive from the beach!

Surprisingly updated and clean for an older establishment. The staff were all helpful and great. Breakfast was great. We were surprised at how hot the hot tub was. They're usually not so great at hotels. Rooms were very clean, roomy, updated and nice. We love when they have bottles of lotion, shampoo and conditioner. :) We would stay here again. Thanks!

Everything clean and beautifully landscaped! Pool and hot tub and great little tables to eat takeout food. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Flowers blooming. What a hidden gem for the affordable price. Thank you

Nicely updated, very clean, no frills accommodations. Very comfortable. Easy (free) parking. Staff very helpful. Standard help-yourself simple breakfast in dedicated space off the lobby---extra nice to have outdoor seating for that. I was there for a week and at check-in I was given a 3rd floor room for more "quiet." Very thoughtful. And, yes, there is an elevator.
