This hotel is AMAZING! Great price, very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious, quiet, and convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!

Thank you for offering daily housekeeping. That was such a nice bonus which most hotels have gotten rid of. One of the draws for us to book here was not just for the location (being close to Dollywood and other things to do) but also for the indoor poo and hot tub option. On a rainy day, it became well-utilized. The rooms were nice and clean too. Although, I must say that the "queen beds" don't seem to be queen-sized, which may add to the room being spacious. Nevertheless, we did enjoy the fact that the room was insulated enough that we don't hear most of the outside noises. Kudos to the soft-close toilet seats and lids. We have the same at home and it was a nice touch as we are used to these at home and we didn't have to be jolted when we first put down the toilet seats. (May seem trivial, but nice little details). We didn't get much variety for breakfast protein as we were there for several of these mornings so that got a little monotonous, but still, a good fare.

Nice, basic hotel conveniently located on the parkway. Easy access to restaurants and shops as well as Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Indoor/outdoor pools both with hot tubs were well maintained with adequate seating. Room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Nice hot water for bath/shower. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast bar with hot and cold selections.

Awesome to have the option of the outdoor pool/hot tub or indoor! Breakfast area could be a bit bigger, but food was good and hot. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Ten minutes to Dollywood with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Very happy with our choice to stay here!
