This was like a blast from the past! It was charming, very clean, sociable and a wonderful staff! It was so nice to actually see our neighbors and talk with them, so opposite modern hotels. We traveled with our dog and there was a beautiful walking trail just across the street. Everything about the establishment felt warm and welcoming. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here 2 years ago and it was a bit dated but clean. This time, new ownership and updated room and lobby---very tasteful and inviting! The host was very accommodating, breakfast items tasty and the room was wonderful--comfortable bed, pillows, new bathroom remodel---highly recommend this to anyone visiting Buffalo!

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows. We arrived after midnight, and management made sure we got in, even supplied us with an extra pillow and ice in the freezer at our request. Good communication. The room was small, but adequate for one night's sleep.

Very lovely motel style with parking in the front of your room. A lot of attention to charm and tasteful Furniture. Sticking to Western theme which suited this tiny motel well. The price was very reasonable. Loved our quiet day. The host and hostess couldn’t have been nicer. Information was offered without being asked about potential places to eat, and we didn’t need to move the car once while we were there, the best places in town were right within 1-2 block. Our room was relatively small, but ber comfortable with a king size bed. Breakfast was a Takeaway style as there’s no sitting area to dine. Fruit, drip coffee, an assortment of fruits and granola bars, muffins.. it was a great motel for a one night stay. Reasonable price Shower was lovely!

Room was very clean, staff greeted us and gave us a great recommendation for dinner with multiple options which turned out perfect at the 307 Tavern, 2 blocks away. Slept well, comfortable bed.
