Great views, awesome room, and great owners. They went above and beyond making our stay fantastic. All staff encountered were extremely polite and helpful. We loved the property’s gear shop, balcony views and paddle boards and kayaks.

A wonderful place to spend a night listening to Lake Superior lap the shore and coffee on the private balcony facing the lake. Peaceful and beautiful.

The property is very unique. The decor in our room was beach themed. Loved the rain shower in the shower. The bed was very comfortable. Being so close to the lake and sitting on our balcony listening to the waves was wonderful. There is also a walking path between the hotel and the lake. The property offers a small cafe with food, craft cocktails, coffee, and ice cream. We really enjoyed our stay. Although it is located next to the highway, it is very quiet. We did not hear any traffic at all.

Beautiful rooms with a unique design RIGHT on the water. Very comfortable and clean. Traffic noise was quite loud as we were on end room. This was definitely exasperated by LOUD drivers. Close to town and parks and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

A very relaxing place to stay. The Captains Quarters is on the road side so some road noise but out on the beach was very relaxing and a great place for coffee and a sandwich. Lots of seating indoors and out and a fire pit.

Large room with area for coffee/water and fridge. Lovely shower with waterfall. Room and facilities were clean and nicely appointed. Balcony looking at Lake Superior and area to sit and relax on the lake. Friendly staff. Cafe on site. Nice location - quiet and restful but close to things to do. Can't wait to go back!

A lovely little hotel right on the water with amazing views. Rooms were decorated with care and had a theme! Beds were comfortable a d amenities were great. There is a Cafe downstairs but unfortunately it closed early and we could not try it for dinner. There were several other dining options nearby so it was fine. I am sure the area is hopping in warm weather. It was super quiet when we were there. Highly recommend!
