This is my first time booking a unit through Rob, and it was a hit! I love the Breakers East because of the size and view! You get a beachfront view and our condo was very clean! I had no complaints! The people at the condo were very nice and it's a great place to stay!.

This property was amazing in every way! We made our reservation through Rob and the pictures are the best, there are no special lighting or angles! The condo looks exactly as advertised. We asked and paid early check-in a few weeks in advance via a quick phone call, and our code worked on the door at 1 am as promised. There were no lines or waiting for checking! When we opened the door, the condo smelled really clean and, minus some sand on the floor, it was very clean! The kitchen, each bedroom, and bathroom had plenty of room. There is plenty of storage space and clean towels in each bedroom, bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, and the views from the balcony were fantastic. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but the property manager was very prompt to respond whenever I sent a text message. We checked out via a simple text message as well. My husband was able to walk to the bar to have coffee and donuts with ease! We also took many public runs with relative ease. Although it was spring break, the beach never felt overcrowded and the pool was definitely heated! We envision making this a property we return to every year!.

Breaker East is a very comfortable condominium located on the beach with gated access. The pool is nice and there are many lounge chairs around. Heated is hit or miss. Sometimes it's warm but mostly a little cold on sunny days. The staff is very attentive to the residents and grounds maintenance. The condos are very spacious, and the balcony is big, with great views of sunsets and sunrises. After staying here for two snowbird seasons, I found that many of the condos have been updated. Last year's condo was 1204, it needed major updates compared to this year's unit 503. The owners of 503 went above and beyond to make it modern and comfortable. I heartily recommend Breakers east.. Next year, we want to try another place, as the weather here is not quite warm enough most of the time.

Beautiful views, beautiful views, and huge balconies overlooking the beach. Everything is close by. The only problem I have is that one of the elevators is broken and the one that works very slowly. Since there was always a long line, we decided to climb seven flights of stairs. Not pleasant, especially since my husband is a disability. Waiting time was usually 10 to 20 minutes, and it was usually full. The beach was spotless, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a fantastic time!.
