Rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly! You can't beat the price and location, for a short walk to beautiful downtown New Bern!

Bridgepointe has come back strong after being hammered by Hurricane Florence. The storm took out the hotel's marina, and its future is still in question, but everything else was top-notch. It's close to everything, has great views, service was superb and property was spotless.

The best hotel in new bern....greeted by the most friendly helpful staff in a. Beautiful lobby , then get to a room with a view , spacious, clean and a nice bathroom, where the housekeeping staff are so friendly , maintain the rooms so well and are there for what ever you may need...the property is incredible with several fishing piers, picnic area and a little beach area...inside there is a nice gym and beautiful breakfast bar...outside there's an open air pool that is kept clean and just so beautiful...why would you stay anywhere else ...it is a whole vibe and just super nice!

I said good on staff bec. the evening clerk looked up KFC & said the one about 3 miles away had a buffet, when they didn't. They also had a computer in the lobby for guest use.

Great location for walking across bridge to downtown New Bern. Nice walking path. Good views of the river. Rooms were nice and had comfortable beds. Breakfast lacked real butter and healthy foods. Lots of processed foods in plastic with high fructose corn syrup and fake butter. Nice views in breakfast room overlooking the river. They had cooked powdered eggs and instant oatmeal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Coffee in lobby is nice and info about New Bern available.

Great value. We usually stay in Hilton facilities but our stay here was $100 less expensive. The room was a bit smaller but otherwise was perfect.
