Very rude and judgmental staff including the manager. Unfriendly, rude, and lack of hospitality. The rooms were nice and clean but with bad staff it didnt help the review. However, the maintenance guy was friendly, helpful and caring.

Extremely friendly staff. Clearly not a fivestar hotel, and i knew this, but it met my needs and expectations for resolving an emergency one night. Thank you for making me feel at ease and being considerate.

I will definitely return. Warren is the man. There is no better customer service if you do end up here than what he provided. He was able to assist us and give us the assurance that the hotel is far better than youd think considering the incredible value of the place. My girlfriend and i had a great time there. You wont find fewer options for value for money.

To understand how wonderfully bridger inn meets my needs, one must be familiar with lv hotels. The staff is friendly and tidy, and it is only two blocks from the center of old lane. Please tell no one about bridgerton ind.

I have been going here for years and i absolutely adore this location. Its excellent value for the money. You missed the point and probably deserved it if you wanted to spend 5 G on a night at nis resort casino in paradise township, where the resorts are located, only to see nothing but that resort's casino. This location is merely ten minutes walk from freemont street, las vegas, 89101, the real lax city, and you couldnt have asked for better vacation.

There are no issues with the temperature! The air conditioner and heater have been excellent. Excellent location (2 blocks from frmont) and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and hbo, clean shower.

Ill post pictures later, but this hotel is amazing at first i thought it would be a little ratchet due to the price, however the bed feels great, the shower feels good and its s hygienic day 1. The guy downstairs he seems to own it. Hes amazing.

This hotel has the friendliest staff ive ever stayed at. They will go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable and the best possible experience. Located in a great part of town, within walking distance of frmont. Overall it was i had savorable experience, customer service, and comfort. Will be my first choice when ill visit las vegas. Also to say that the people of colorados made it home.

The price is fair and the reception is managed 24 hours a day. In the location, the wifi has good speeds. A low cost alternative to frmont avenue located near the union plaza hotel on main.

I couldnt say enough good things about the bridger inn hotel. From the moment i arrived, ive been treated 5 stars! The checkin and front desk staff were excellent, and the maintenance man, named ron, goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. However, the office manager has her staff all in sync and couldn't be a better manager. Free 24 hours x 7 days to an always working ice machine. The bridgel innes hotel aims to please. One negative aspect is having to leave. I wish he could have stayed there forever. My hat goes to the wonderful owner. Bravo! Ty ty.

The positive things about this place are the excellent personnel and the fact that it is directly across the street from the bus station. However, the excessive cost of $80 per night and cockroaches are to blame for the poor rating.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful with any issues or requests that i had as a customer in august. The price of $350 per week is excessively expensive given the very small rooms and complete lack of amenities. I did anticipate paying more because the Fremont street experience was so close by. And ill admit that when ive looked back, reliving my good stay to be fair.

This place is not for everyone, but this place uses oldfashioned keys and has a lot of tv channels. The rooms are small but they bring you back to the old days when life was simple and historic. There is no resort fee. Better than motel 6.

The lady was friendly, she allowed me to check in with my expired license for two nights and i had to leave early for personal reasons she gave me my refund no problem the room was nice and clean. I recommend it to others to stay.
