All staff helpful, impressed by spacious bathroom. Great location away from the craziness of Time Square, yet easy to walk or take subway to all sights of interest. Our window looked out towards the Empire State Building which was lit every night in a different color .

Great hotel, staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, especially Anthony who helped us sort out a problem with our theatre booking. Clean bedrooms, comfy beds, . Good location, close to bars and restaurants. 25 min walk to Times Square. Would definitely recommend!

Hôtel très propre, rénové, élégamment décoré, bonne literie (ferme et accueil moelleux), très bien situé à 1 minute des lignes R, W et à 10 minutes de Penn station et l'empire state Building à pied. Emplacement central parfait pour toutes les visites. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée (bouilloire, Nespresso, mini frigo, coffre fort, climatisation silencieuse). Le réveil et une prise avec un port USB et un USB c sont pratiques. Capsules Nespresso et petites bouteilles d'eau remplacées chaque jour (inclus dans les taxes d'hôtel qu'on paie...). Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner sur place ou de proposition de take away avec l'une des enseignes du secteur. Le personnel est souriant et aimable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une vue sur l'empire state Building ! Hôtel calme. Secteur très animé mais globalement calme (le vendredi soir était un peu plus bruyant dans la rue que le reste de la semaine). Très bonne adresse que nous recommandons. Nous étions 3 (2 adultes et 1 ado).

What an incredible stay in a wonderful city! NYC is filled with wonderful things to do and see and staying at this location makes it all so accessible- you are close to the subway and centrally located to step outside the door and have everything right there in a lovely pedestrian area. We travelled with our adult daughters and thought for 3 nights we can all cram ourselves into 1 room but no cramming needed- the rooms were large, clean, quiet, perfectly laid out for our needs. The staff is top notch and always were welcoming and communicative as we left and arrived from the day- They made us feel really special as we celebrated our daughters 24 birthdays in city! Special shoutouts to Junior, Luis and Christian (and I'm sorry if I didn't name anyone) everyone was wonderful!! We definitely will be staying at this location each time we visit the city- definitely worth it! Did I mention convenient parking around the corner as well(not easy to find in the city!)

Hotels, incredible value and exceptionally clean. Walls are a bit thin so can be noisy at times and elevators are incredibly slow with staff utilizing them as well as Guest slowing down the process all in all a fabulous experience for the prize.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is great. It’s quiet at night. Beds are comfortable. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are very spacious for NYC. Walking distance to Flatiron, Madison Square Park, and lots to do.

Can’t find a better location. Easy access to everything you may need. Hotel was extremely clean and the start was extremely polite. Can’t ask for more for a small boutique hotel without all the amenities you get in a large chain hotel. Highly recommend it.

The double queen deluxe room was huge! We had a lovely view of the Empire State Building. The hotel sits on a walking only street with tons of restaurants. Very close to the subway and walkable to everything. Housekeeping came on a daily basis and provided new bottles of water, towels, etc. Anthony at concierge was so helpful on our last day there; held our luggage all day so we could tour New York and had a taxi waiting to take us to the airport. This will be our go to hotel for all NYC future trips.
