We loved the Broadway Plaza Hotel! The rooms are renovated and clean. It is conveniently located to mid town and subways. You are right by many restaurants and bars.. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Great place to visit for all that this amazing flatiron/nomad community has to offer. Plus this is a great location to get around manhattan riding the subway.

A fantastic place to stay in Manhattan! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Flatiron District, Madison Square Park, and plenty of great restaurants. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for NYC, very clean, and some even offer beautiful views of the Empire State Building. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or a weekend getaway, this hotel offers excellent comfort and value in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

The entire staff is extremely attentive and helful in every detail. I want nothing more than to stay at Broadway Plaza 5 times a year for business meetings. 10 out of 10!

We checked in super late due to delayed flight and the staff was super friendly and welcoming when we finally arrived at 3am. The corner room was clean and more spacious than expected, with a nice view. Great location. Only complaint upon arrival was the room seeming a little warm and stuffy, especially considering it was a relatively cool late night. It never got as cool as we would have liked but not uncomfortably warm. Kudos on the shower, nice dual head with great water pressure! The staff was friendly and so helpful, giving us unsolicited yet needed advice without making us feel like dumb tourists! Peter helpfully arranged a cab service back to the airport, and treated us as valued guests until the he loaded our (heavy) luggage into our cab. It was our first trip to NYC, hopefully of many, and we would happily stay again!

Great spot, aside from the world‘s slowest elevator, I’d certainly go back great spot in the middle of town if you wanna go uptown or downtown really easy to get around

This hotel was very nice. It was in a safe and convenient location surrounded by shops and restaurants and 1 short block from the 28th St subway stop with a straight shot uptown to Times Square, the theatre district, MoMA, and Central Park, or downtown to SoHo or to the Staten Island Ferry (which is free and makes a pass by the Statue of Liberty with a perfect view for photos). There is free street parking on the adjacent street available early in the day (weekends ONLY - need to move by 8am Monday or risk a ticket) — we noticed many spots available at 10am, but when we walked through at 3pm all were full. Upon arrival, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We checked in and the room was enormous in NYC standards (had 2 kings+sofabed) and very clean and comfortable. The hotel provides a Nespresso coffee machine (which was actually tasty!), water, gourmet chips for snacking, and had a mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and very large, but did not lock. Def not a dealbreaker, but on my next trip with a family of 4, I would bring a doorstop! I highly recommend this hotel. We had a delightful stay.
