I agree with others comments. The property is older, but it appears to be family owned and well cared for. Room very clean and staff pleasant. It is basic, no frills and I slept well.

Even though it was a little run down, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Would like to have had a coffee pot or coffee in the office.

Price, location and the nicest and friendliest girl running the hotel, always there to help with anything we needed! Older hotel but was very clean and comfortable and quiet night sleep!Walking distance to wal mart and various restaurants and gas station/store right on property,would stay there again! Thank you!

Looks are deceiving. It looks scary and deserted, but a very nice, clean comfortable room and extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff!! We’ll worth the price paid and would definitely return.

Rt. 64 via Tarboro is an expedient way to get to the Outer Banks. Do not judge a book by its cover as to this property! The onsite Office Manager cares about this place! Clean room, very comfortable mattress, sports complex and golf course with practice facility, and many dining options nearby.

When I am Traveling through the Area to Visit I perfer to Have a Smoking Room. The place is Comfortable enough to Meet my Basic Needs. The Staff has Always taken good care of me & I always feel Safe knowing theres always an eye out for any Riff Raff. Greatly Appreciated & I will Definetly Be Staying again.

Don’t let other reviews discourage you from staying here. It’s safe. It’s clean. TV works easily. Bed is comfy. Yes, it’s old. It’s not glamorous. But it’s a good deal.
