Steve provides excellent customer service. He was incredibly friendly, greeting us and ensuring that we had all our necessary amenities in our room. We will definitely be returning, and a lot has to do with steves warm hospitality.

Saya tidak bisa memberikan ulasan yang bagus. Reservasi dilakukan dan DIBAYAR pada tiga bulan sebelumnya. Di resepsi, ada seorang pria dengan profesionalisme yang meragukan yang mengaku tidak memiliki reservasi atas nama saya. Karena sudah jam sepuluh malam, kami segera mengambil tindakan untuk menemukan bangunan lain di area tersebut. Saya meminta pengembalian dana kepada Pemesanan untuk reservasi dan platform memberi tahu saya bahwa struktur menyatakan bahwa saya tidak pernah muncul untuk check-in. Sayang sekali saya tidak bisa memberikan 0 bintang!

It was better than average. I was concerned about all the negative reviews. The staff was friendly. The rooms were a good size, and the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The bed was quite comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. Really everything we needed. Good part of town too. Would stay again. Also has laundry service.

Tempat tidur yang nyaman dan lokasi yang bagus di kota. Kamar mandi bersama, kami tahu itu. Selebihnya. Tidak ada sarapan, kamar kotor, debu tebal di bawah radiator dan di TV, dan tetangga di kamar merokok seperti pemadam kebakaran. Ketika saya berani melaporkannya ke resepsionis, mereka memberi tahu saya dia adalah penduduk tetap dan dia tidak peduli jika tempat itu berbau! Saya seharusnya pindah kamar, tapi saya tidak melihat apa-apa. Hotel terburuk dalam hidup saya! Sedikit saran untuk pergi sendiri dan melihat udara B dan B meskipun lebih jauh ke selatan kota karena transportasi umum dilayani dengan sangat baik!

Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Saya hanya berbicara sedikit bahasa Inggris. Mereka sangat membantu setiap saat. Mereka selalu ada dan membantu. Sangat dianjurkan. Kamarnya sangat bersih. Toilet di lantai juga untuk semua orang. Saya tidak menggunakan kamar mandi. Itu jelas sudah dipakai. Tapi dia terlihat bersih. Untuk akomodasi bintang 1 saya hanya bisa memberikan 5 bintang. Semuanya sangat bersih dan stafnya sangat baik. Semuanya sangat baik-baik saja. Ini hanya akomodasi bintang Dan benar-benar tip top.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I travel a lot and i am particular about where we stay because of that but cable car hotel is amazing! Great price for great location, close to everything, walking distance and most importantly clean. They clean and maintain the bathroom every day. Steve and John the staff are very accommodating.

Kami menginap selama tiga malam di sini. Bau rumput, kucing duduk di Glur, karakter aneh yang tinggal di sana dan berbicara dengan keras di lorong pada malam hari. Kamar mandi dan toilet berada di koridor dan tidak dalam kondisi terbaik atau terbersih. Pada akhir tur kami, kami membatalkan reservasi baru dan mencari hotel lain. Bintang dua karena lokasinya yang sentral.

The room is bright and airy. It was clean and seemed well maintained. We had a good view of the city on the fourth floor. Mostly we saw buildings, but we could see a hill in the distance. The hall into our room smelled alternately of cigarette smoke and weed. The room did not. The main hall did not. They smelled good and had plenty of ventilation. The room hall into the room was quaint. I have never seen anything like it. The two doors at the end of the hall were set at a very tight angle to accommodate the bay windows. We were close to china town and not far from the ferry dock, union square and the embarracadero. I had no trouble taking a bus to china beach and walking along the road looking out over the beach. The hall and our neighbors were quiet. Unfortunately, our room was directly over the bar next door. So it got loud several times until at least 1 am. Street noise wasnt a problem, even though i live on a busy street, so i cant judge. The noise was only a minor irritation. Overall, i enjoyed our stay. Yes, the shared bathroom was not a problem. I had no trouble using it in the morning. It was down the hall, and there was a latch so i felt secure. I wish i had tissue for my nose. It seemed busier in the evening. My only complaint was not wanting to get out of bed and walk down the hall in the middle of the night. There is a sink in the room, as well as a fridge and microwave. Also, there is a cvs and a Trader Joes across the street. Mymys down the street had a good breakfast.

I heartily endorse the cable car hotel. Im not sure what these people with the low ratings were anticipating, but this place is legitimate, clean, and in a prime city location. I traveled alone and never once felt dangerous. There was a communal bathroom on the floor that was always clean and always open. Even with the bar downstairs from my room, i never once smelled any cigarette smoke or heard loud guests complaining about it. My room included towels, body soap, shampoo, and a working heater that kept me warm in the middle of winter. If you like a lot of cushions while sleeping, bring your own pillow. Apart from that, this place is truly unique. Next time i visit the bay area, ill most certainly stay here. Right off the cable car, with easy access to buses and ridesharing. Also very helpful are traders joes and cvs across the street. The cost is more than justified. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!.

Lokasi, lokasi dan, staf yang langka namun berdedikasi. Suasana Penginapan Spanyol atau pensiun keluarga karena banyak orang tinggal di sana secara permanen. Semuanya dekat: toko kelontong, toko perkakas, apotek, rumah sakit, kereta gantung, bus, dan tiga bar lingkungan kecil yang sangat bagus!

I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again. This place is a great nofrills hotel to stay at for a convention or a short escape to san francisco. This place is located in a great location and has a great staff. Steve was very helpful and accommodating. The building is 111 years old with an antique elevator. There is a large flatscreen tv in the room.

The staff is friendly. I want to make a special comment to the housekeeping, Cristina, who cleaned my room in perfect condition much better than when i received it and was cleaned by another woman. She took her time to clean every corner of the room and desinfect it! Amazing job.

We booked the room for 1 night, because the price was pretty affordable. The size of the room is good and we need it, we left bags in the room at checkin and came back that night for sleep and the next day. However, the smell in the corridor isn't our issue anymore, it makes us feel comfortable.

The room was very affordable ($520 for 6 nights, especially for the area. The hotel is very close to everything and very easy access to public transport. The room was quite large and had a microwave, tv, desk and private bathroom. The shower is very snazzy and nice. There were a few roaches in my room (I counted eleven during my six night stay), but the room itself was clean. A woman staying here started a fire during our stay, and we had to evacuate the building at 3.30 am. The windows are very thin and you can hear everything outside, but i am from the city and am used to noise. Not recommended for a family or anyone expecting something special. Perfect for young people on a budget who dont plan on spending much time in their hotel room.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Kamar nya tidak dibersihkan selama saya menginap. Kondisi kamar nya berisik, terdapat bau apek di dalam kamar, dan juga terdapat orang yang merokok ganja di hotel. Saya sangat tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Overall, i would return. Excellent location, mostly clean, and cozy accommodations. Although the shared bathrooms are a little strange, we stayed for two nights and havent yet waited. Dont trash the room and anticipate it to be clean when you return in the evening because there isnt house cleaning. Fair price.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus untuk mengunjungi San Fransisco dengan berjalan kaki. Young people, great deals for extended stays. There is no bathroom in the room. Im not sure if one is available in some rooms, but i didnt have one at the time. Hall bathrooms are single occupancy toilets / showers. Cute rooms, typical san francisco style. Clean! A great way to stay for a few days.

The only issue was parking, which was difficult to find. We drove around for a long time before getting lucky with finding a street space. The showers were nice and clean, the rooms were nice and clean too.
