Great staff at this hotel. Shopping center nearby eliminating the cost of food and snacks as there is a fridge, with a Keurig coffee machine and a microwave in the room.

Everything about this property is wonderful. The rooms, the hallways, the restaurant, the check-in area, everything was clean. The staff is warm and friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Customer service was great! They responded quickly to our needs. Handicapped room had a few repairs to be done - shower head kept flopping downward; more light needed near the sofa; a pole lamp would really help; tv channels did not sync with guide: you'd press the guide number and it would be a completely different channel. Breakfast was not included, but you could buy food at the shoprite across the street and heat it up in room Hotel itself - business center was not working but front desk printed what I needed; room cleaning only every 3rd day; but I could get towel exchange daily; could also garbage emptied upon request.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful except that the server left so our last few days was take out only. It was really nice to have breakfast served to us the first morning. Maybe another staff member could have served

The room was clean and homey. The mattresses were comfortable and so were the pillows. The tv pulled out of the wall and the bathroom mirror had Bluetooth connectivity. There was a safe in the room for storage of prized possessions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel staff went out of their way to get coffee ready for me on a Saturday. I was up around 6:30 looking for coffee and the kitchen didn’t open till 7 so I was very appreciative of this act of kindness. The coffee was delicious. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet. You had to order from a menu and pay separately. We had to get going on the road so I can’t attest to the quality of food. Lastly, I liked that there were bathrooms near the pool.

My daughter is a student at Seton Hall University. This hotel is close and there are several restaurants that are walking distance because the hotel is located right next to a strip mall. Some of the places to eat: Starbucks, Panera, Five Guys, TGIFridays, Coldstone, and there is a grocery store there as well. Bored? There is a AMC Theater in the strip mall as well. You are also about 30 minutes to NYC, but it can be more depending on traffic. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, and the rooms are clean. Highly recommend.
