The room was very spacious. There was a K cup machine for coffee, although it was French roast, which is not our favorite would recommend bringing some of your own K cups. They had complementary homemade cookies that were delicious. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

You don't even need to take your car anywhere, the location is amazing, the rooms are super clean, this is the 2nd time we've stayed there, and the experience is always the same.

Excellent place to stay. Spacious and everything was well themed and in walking or short drive distances. The city of Carmel is definitely worth a stop on your way to wherever you're going.

We stayed here for a couple nights after a drive to Big Sur and the 17 mile drive. We loved the hot tub and fireplace! Room was large and decor was pretty and enjoyed the big comfy bed! Could have used a microwave but the fridge was good size. The walk to shopping, restaurant, and the beach was easy. We would recommend this property snd would stay here again.

Big comfi room with all you need tonhave a good stay. Staff is amicable and helpful. The area around the hotel is walkable and has plenty of dining options around. Not much in terms of amenities, just a fireplace

We had a wonderful stay at the Candle Light Inn. The front desk clerk was incredibly warm and friendly, which made us feel welcome right from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautifully decorated, complete with large jetted tub and a cozy fireplace that made the space feel extra relaxing. The bedding was unbelievably soft—like sleeping on a cloud! It was so comfortable that I honestly didn’t want to get out of bed the next morning. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Our short stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean as well as the entire site. We were walking distance to the downtown area which was great!
