From walking in and getting warm greetings from Talitha in the front desk. To a smooth check in. Our room was comfy, clean and it was big enough to sleep a family of 6. And checking out my son lost his cowboy hat and someone turned it in. How awesome is that!! Thanks again for a great stay and a good night rest for our trip.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was a last minute booking. I got a lot of bang for my buck. I wasn’t expecting to have a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher , a microwave, and a couch in my room. For less than $100. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at the had dove soap. I need to use dove for my sensitive skin. Excellent hotel.

Our stay at Candlewood Suites was relaxing. Front Desk staff Talitha & Kendra, were very friendly and helped us with all our needs. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely make this our hotel when we travel to Beaumont again.

The staff upon check in and check out was great. The complimentary laundry washing machines and dryers was a first for me, I’m a truck driver and have stayed at many hotels across the states and none of the ones I have stayed at offered this. To have this is amazing and much appreciated. The room was very clean and not sure what type of air freshener they use but it smelled so fresh and so good. Extremely different from the regular hotel smells. Only issues I had was toilet did not flush well, tub drained extremely slow, ice maker only produced 2 pieces of ice in an hr and all kitchen ware provided was still in the dishwasher and missing items. There was a pitcher top but no pitcher, 1 Tupperware no top. All in all the cleanness of the room, the above and beyond staff made my stay enjoyable. I will add I did NOT call and complain about my issues as I’m sure if I did they would have addressed it right away. I definitely will stay again and recommend to all my fellow truckers. Thank you Candlewood staff for making me feel welcome.

We were booked at another hotel that was a huge disappointment so I called Hotels.com to find us somewhere quickly that was pet friendly, and they directed us to Candlewood Suites. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and understanding of our last minute predicament. The room was excellent and clean, but this best part was when I had to take my dog out several times during the night, the parking lot was lit up like daytime and security was always right around the corner! Great experience for these two women travelers!!

The room was so large and nice. It almost looked like a small apartment. Staff allowed me to look at the room first before signing just in case I didn’t approve of it but i loved it. The only thing I found wrong was that there was only 1 towel in the bathroom but I called the front desk and Chanty brought be a stack right away. Speaking of Chanty (front desk clerk) that checked me in and was also there the next day to check me out, she was absolutely wonderful. She had a great personality and is very perfessional and pleasant . I will most definitely be staying again.
