By far the best hotel we stayed at. The room was very spacious, the staff was courteous and respectful. The pool was nice and so was the sauna. The kitchenette was even better. Everything in the room was clean. The cupboard cabinet was easy to access. Will definitely stay here again with my family.

What was good: Easy to get to, easy to get downtown on foot; room was plenty big for me with ample kitchen prep and fridge area; definitely a comfy stay; ample parking. What was not good: I didn’t know where to bring recycling or trash, and used the bathroom trash for kitchen goods (there was a garbage disposal in the sink but that isn’t to be used for all kitchen waste); some wear and tear marks throughout including remnants of leaking in the bathroom (no leaks during stay); unsure about dish cleanliness. Could be better: It might be me, but I didn’t feel 100% safe and confident in the area. I can’t blame the hotel for that, but the torn menu, unclear options for WiFi connection, and mild noise (child crying/screaming midday) added to the “you get what you pay for” vibe. Overall I was satisfied with my stay, not blown away. A surprised to find the hotel, but might try somewhere else later.

Much much much better than I expected. I had room 212 and it’s a suite: I loved and price point was perfect… if I’m ever in Hartford again, I will book this.

I really liked this hotel. We were in town for the Dave Matthews concert and it was a perfect spot to stay. It’s moderately priced, an easy walk to and from the venue and they let you tailgate in the parking lot. Would definitely stay again if attending a show at the Xfinity Theater.
