It is good for what it is. I was expecting the room to not be good given location and price but we were pleasantly surprised. I will be staying there again.

Affordable decent motel outside of Williams – perfect for your trip to or from the Grand Canyon.

The lobby has a 66 vibe to it and is very welcoming. Marcia greeted us and was very friendly during each of our interactions with her. Our room was clean and comfortable. Wish we could have visited the museum but time didn’t allow. Plenty of parking too. Would stay again.

If you want a stay with a real local feel, this is definitely the place. From the moment we checked in with Marsha, we felt very welcomed and taken care of. After a long day of driving, it was nice that she was able to help us find local food and shopping. The amenities were nice; air worked, beds were comfortable, shower was clean. Thank you for taking care of us, Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. If we're ever back out that way, you can bet we'll stay with you. Side note: the price is way more than fair.

Super clean room at the edge of the tiny town of Ash Fork! A refreshing stop on the journey with trees and fresh air and a beautiful country location. The room was comfortable with lots of light, hot water, a refrigerator, an enormous tv and parking right outside the door. It's right off the interstate but feels rural. Southwestern skies above and a museum about the area right next door. A great spot to let the city go and feel relaxed on an interstate journey!

From the outside the property looks to be an older facility, but the room was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet place. Staff was very nice. We had a very comfortable stay. We will be staying there again when and if we come back through
