Staff were so friendly. The rooms were very cute and very "Keys." Bed was comfortable (king). Room even had a cooler to use and beach towels! Pool was a nice size and had a patio area and covered gazebo. Will be going back in November!

My husband and I have been here 4 times in the past twelve months. It is always amazing here. Peaceful at night with great views. The staff and maids are so welcoming!! This is our number one vacation spot because of how great the property and people are! Best spot in the keys!!!

Really quaint old fashioned dock side setting and accomodation. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. Great bed and beautiful view. Helpful staff and friendly- good recommendations for food. Only initial disappointment is there is building work currently happening out the front of the property which we weren’t aware of but no disturbance from it.

We had the best time on our stay. The room was larger than expected with a full size fridge and kitchen. We had a great view from the great white room and our boat rental was right out back. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Captain Pips was great for my family’s needs while in the keys. Our room backed up to the dock which my kids loved fishing from. It was easy to find, parking wasn’t an issue and the room was clean. The front desk staff was kind and helpful!

Really enjoyed our stay at Capt. Pips! If you love a good deal, old florida style and simple Keys living/amenities...this is the spot! This fit the budget for a quick over night stay. Walkable to restaurants and of course the old 7 mile bridge at sunset is always a treat. We'll be back!

It’s a unique resort at a marina. We upgraded to an apartment overlooking the water. Very clean, and easy walk to the restaurant in front.

It was beautifully remodeled. I had a few issues with the hot water heater and the AC, but they did fix it. I think it’s a very nice property and I would definitely say again how do use of bikes also, it was in a Marina not the best for you but very nicely appointed beautiful kitchen, remodeled nice porch.

Mermaid 1 was a very clean and newly designed room the king bed was comfortable slept very well. The room had everything you needed. Our outdoor space was great. Parking was annoying because of some construction but everything room wise was great. I only wish the pool was bigger and had more of a hotel pool feel it was dirty and rundown. The store was great and the excursions fun.
