I had a wonderful stay due to the warm hospitality of the manager, Lisa. She made me feel welcomed and at home from just walking into the beautiful bed and breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious and made with care. The room and bathroom were very clean and well decorated. There were fresh cookies made daily and complimentary drinks available at any hour. There were many special touches which made my stay wonderful. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Many thanks, Lisa!

Been wanting to a stay at Bed and Breakfast for a while but had been hesitating; booked this venue 24 hours in advance. The place is cute and accommodating: the staff were pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, they offer coffee, wine, water a liquor at bedtime and lavender sachet at night. Located in a strategic location walked to plenty of restaurants and entertainment venues. Definitely worth the money. Notice: accessing hotel you may have to enter into a one way street headed the opposite direction. Enjoy

My wife and I had an amazing time. The staff was accommodating, going above and beyond. The amenities were far better then we expected. Breakfast was elevated, great taste and presentation. Definitely be back there. We stayed in the Ruby room. Very nice accommodations. So enjoyed our stay.

Staff was wonderful, especially the manager. The breakfasts were really delicious and all made in house; including the cheese blintz, blueberry scones, stuffed french toast and breakfast casserole.

We booked the Gold room in the cottage. Huge jetted tub, chocolates and sherry in the room. Coffee maker in room. Main house has refreshments, lavender packets for your pillows, aromatherapy towels and terrific breakfast. We ate breakfast then walked 200 ft to maple Street biscuit company for mimosas. Perfect location! Staff was so nice and informative. Will be back!

Our stay was magical!! We were able to check in a little early and we were allowed to leave our car before check in so we could enjoy walking around and sight seeing. The location was perfect, it's close enough to walk to most of St Augustine's attractions, shops and restaurants. It's also just far enough from the busy st George Street so it's quiet and peaceful at night but still very very close and easy to walk to. The staff were amazing and accommodating. Lisa, the manager was absolutely wonderful and made sure our stay with them was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, a plus was we were able to eat it out on the patio. They have wine and non-alcoholic drinks available which was nice and the most delicious cookies!!! The room was immaculate and full of old world charm with the benefit of modern comforts. Even the toiletries were great! The staff was very knowledgeable on the surrounding area and has great recommendations for your visit. The only thing we were unhappy with is we couldn't stay longer. We will be visiting again for sure!!

Enjoyed our four night stay. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. The availability of soft drinks and bottled water any time was a very helpful and nice touch. We did not avail ourselves to the freshly baked cookies in the afternoons but they looked delicious. There were other nice touches provided by the inn that we thoughtful. We stayed in the Amethyst room which was beautifully decorated and furnished. Bathroom was very roomy, well decorated and appointed with high quality materials. Bed was very comfortable with quality linens. We checked in after 4:30 pm so we were helped with checking in and keys over the phone as the staff leaves around 4 pm. This worked out great with the exception that we did not avail ourselves to check in orientation. Our room received a light refresh upon request half way through our stay. We wished we had understood room servicing and cleaning so we could have had our expectations in line with the service. We blame ourselves for not meeting with a staff member the next morning after check in for a full orientation. We appreciated the property’s convenient location with relation to all of the activities and restaurants. Free parking was a plus and we had no problem finding a spot to park and found the spaces roomy and easy to access. We would recommend the property to others looking to conveniently and comfortably experience St Augustine.

This is a wonderful B&B. It has an excellent location in the heart of old Saint Augustine. The breakfast were great. The room was well appointed. As a bonus, there was wine available in the dining room. We enjoyed going to the front porch and drinking wine.

Amazing bed and breakfast right in the heart of St. Augustine. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on St. George Street. Lisa, the property manager met us on site and got us settled in. Each morning we were there the breakfast was so delicious! The Inn, while historic was obviously well kept and loved. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the historic St. Augustine area.
