Beautiful new property with higher end finishing and spacious outdoor space. Lots of extra amenities in the room. Great location, close to downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone.

Although there is no actual staff on site , I have never had such great communication with a property host . Any questions I had leading up to and during our stay they responded in no time at all. They were also extremely accommodating for our request to arrive early and check out late, and very warm and friendly. The room was in pristine condition, top of the line amenities including a Nespresso and a super comfy bed. Location close walking distance to State Street. Highly recommend getting the guest pass for the e-bikes to get around town - $18 to use unlimited for 24 hours, and drop off and pick up stations are literally everywhere , including on the corner by the property. Super efficient and fun way to explore the downtown and beach! Red Piano is also a must if you’re looking for a fun time out in the evening. Jason is the best!

Incredibly clean and very conveniently located with a short walk to State St. the only negative I can add would be they need better shades to block out ambient and street light. It still doesn’t give me enough pause to lower their rati by from a 5-star. My wife loved it too.

Room was spotless and very comfortable. Had nice touches such as a Nespresso machine with pods a and creamer. It is in a nice quiet part of town within a short walking distance to state street.

Unit was as advertised, very clean, stocked with all of the essentials and more. Really nice to have a fully functional kitchen. Staff (that you only converse with virtually) were incredibly helpful and attentive. Very convenient location. Incredible value for the price.

This was an amazing place to relax and enjoy a quick overnight. We were offered early check in and it was earlier than expected which was a great surprise. The unit is clean and has all the amenities needed. It was very comfortable and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. Quick was to State St and easy walk to the Funk zone. We used the charger on site and it was a great amenity. We would stay again!

Very nice and modern room! Easy to check in and out and they were very responsive! Also very close to state street, we took the train and were able to walk to everything! I would definitely stay here again!
