Booked a night here last minute around 8pm. When we got in, we were so kindly welcomed by Cody who let us know he gave us an unexpected upgrade. He walked us to our room which is in itself such a calming experience as you get to see the property. This hotel is a must stay not only for the kindness of staff, but the details here are remarkable. If you are familiar with the Will Guidara concept of Unreasonable Hospitality…let me tell you this hotel has it (and that’s a good thing)!

Casa Laguna is a lovely place to stay while enjoying Laguna Beach, because of the delightful staff here and the very beautiful grounds. It is situated right on Pacific Coast Highway, like many facilities in LB, so one simply must be prepared to put up with vehicle noise, which is very present in any room that fronts the street. Beds are very comfortable, and food is nice. The resort fee covers breakfast, parking, and use of beach equipment, and although the menu was the same every day, the food was very good.

This boutique hotel is by far one of, if not our favorite! Its entire vibe is amazingly beautiful. Their staff is so helpful and attentive to every need. Their make your stay memorable and very welcoming! Erick is one of the most helpful we’ve come across. Knows every detail, goes out of his way to accomplish a relaxing stay and can make the best charcuterie boards. The pool is kept at the right temperature. The cleanliness all around is impeccable. I can’t say enough. You will love this hotel!!!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Casa Laguna Hotel & Spa with our toddler son and it exceeded our expectations. We booked a room with a private patio and ocean view — it was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the ocean sounds and enjoying coffee on the patio in the morning was the highlight of our trip. The hotel grounds are charming and well-maintained, with a beautiful heated outdoor pool that was perfect for our little one to splash around. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in (smooth at 3pm) to checkout. We especially appreciated the self-service ice machine (great for keeping baby pouches cold) and the beach towels they provide for guests. Location is fantastic — a short, easy walk down to Victoria Beach made it simple to enjoy the sand and tide pools with our son. Everything felt relaxed, intimate, and genuinely family-friendly without losing that boutique charm. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic spot in Laguna Beach with excellent service and beautiful views, Casa Laguna is the place. We’ll definitely be back on our next California trip. Highly recommend!

Charming boutique hotel with Spanish style just south of Laguna. Loved the facilities and friendly staff! Enjoyed pool area with Pacific views. Delicious breakfast, welcome drink, and nightly chocolate chip cookies.

The second we walked into the property, our eyes just lit up with the overwhelming beauty and charm of the place. We were on our honeymoon and this was the perfect place to relax, enjoy some privacy, and spoil ourselves with great hospitality. I have stayed at some very nice places in the Southern California area and this one hit the top of the list very quickly. I almost don’t want to tell too many people about it because I want it to be our place to escape from the rest of the world. Our suite was very nice and charming. The staff were so kind and personable. And the area is easy to navigate, especially with the FREE trolley service that takes you up and down the coastal highway. It’s also about a 40ish minute drive to Disney, if you’re looking for a great place to stay on the coast while enjoying the magic of Disney.

My husband and I had a really beautiful stay at this beautiful, boutique hotel. It was so perfect. The staff were thoughtful and kind, the property was so gorgeous and relaxing. The pool was cute and they also provided sunscreen, lotion, and beach chairs. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was the best - such an intentionally crafted menu! I keep asking my husband when we can go back!

Extremely well kept boutique hotel. Uniquely set in the hillside with a sparkling pool and loungers on several levels with sweeping views of the sea. Friendly and welcoming staff. Citrus infused water at the pool and sunscreen provided. Lunch available by the pool. Small spa but beautifully appointed and extremely professional service. Welcome drink and cookies at 5pm daily. Breakfast very good, freshly made with local papers provided. Trolley bus stop right outside but walkable to town if you like to walk. Parking included in resort fee. We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Great value for money.
