Casa Riviera is a great place to make your home while traveling to Santa Barbara. Our group stayed in a king room with a kitchenette and great views of the mountain. We also reserved one of the two bedroom apartments and enjoyed the use of the well stocked kitchen and having a living room to relax in. The location is terrific - very walkable to State street, the train station and all the surrounding shops. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. They are filled with thoughtful amenities to make your stay comfortable. Checkin and out was very easy and management was very quick with communication. Would highly recommend Casa Riviera to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.

Very nice comfortable unit, in great central location. We had a problem with keypad after returning in the evening, but a text and call quickly remedied the problem. Evidently internet had crashed and none of keypads worked. Plentiful underground parking a real plus in this neighborhood.

My mom and I went on a week-long road trip. One of our stops was Santa Barbara, where we stayed at Casa Riviera in the historic area. Charming neighborhood! The Executive Room with a king-sized bed and kitchenette was spacious, incredibly clean, and had a great mountain view. The bed was super comfy, and the entire unit was just stellar, as well as the overall property. Streamlined entry into your unit. No lobby or check-in area, each unit has a door code, which they provide you before you arrive. EASY! Self-parking included. All in all, a five-star experience hands down.

I love this place! The room was huge and had a small kitchenette so it was very convenient. It had plenty of space and a small table that I used as a desk to work remotely. The check-in was very convenient and they allowed me to check in a little bit early since my flight arrived earlier than the check-in time. I liked being able to use the phone to unlock the door. Nice walking distance from lots of things to do.

Took my mom for her birthday week to Santa Barbara and decided to stay at Casa Riviera. Best decision we made. Mom had a fantastic time and the hospitality was superb! I will definitely be staying here again!

The building is beautiful and the unit is very clean with all the amenities and then some. There was washer/dryer in the unit as well as laundry soap. It's a very walkable/safe neighborhood.

Great location with convenient parking and pet-friendly. Close proximity to walkable downtown streets, stores/shops, restaurants and cafes. Healthy walk to the pier for walkers/runners. Seamless communication with the host as well as check-in process. Highly recommend.
