Staff members were super friendly and inviting. With your stay you get a cute little breakfast. Waffle maker - coffee - juice - breads / bagels- condiments are there. Nothing crazy but enough to start the day and hold you over till lunch. Our room was great. Everything was clean especially the jetted tub. Only issue was because you’re in a tree house type setting woods are very close so you do see spiders & the webs. Older appliances, Mattress was comfy , pillows okay . A/C was amazing! Free fire pit hang out too! Always a nice way to end the night. My only suggestion would be because of the woods and the hotel room being all tile would be a broom for guest to have on hand to clean the debris from coming in /out and if needed swipe away the spiders lol Other than that my husband and I will be back, we loved staying here!! Great family owned place!

We were pleasantly surprised at how happy we were with our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Complimentary Shuttle to casino was a limo which was awesome/unexpected (we did tip the driver of course!). Free breakfast with an assortment of foods- bagels, cereal, waffles). Very cute lit up outdoor area that had a firepit and ourdoor seating...we didnt use it due to weather but looked great. We def would return for value for what we paid. (Its also 15min from Mystic so locstion was great).

I definitely would be coming to stay again. The staff was amazing, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast can be a bit better but I loved the waffle machine. The room was clean and I enjoyed having the whirlpool in my room. The hot water works just great. Great getaway for couples, it is also kid friendly. The TV volume was a bit loud couldn't really hear the words but we managed. It's 10 mins from the Casino, Great wolf Lodge, and Tange Outlets. Overall, I would definitely be going back to visit when it's warmer. I had a really great and relaxing time especially for great price. Highly recommended, my fiance really enjoyed her birthday getaway

We stay here every year and love it. It’s simple, comfortable, clean and the staff are always friendly. The limo ride to the casino is a nice addition and on the days where there’s a fire, everyone is always so welcoming. The breakfast is nothing fancy but it’s nice to get a fresh cup of coffee and a quick bite to eat before you start your day. Always love our stays here!
