Our new go to place to stay in Boston. Great boutique hotel, amazing service (shout out to Joey!!), good restaurant/bar and a short walk to the metro station. Such a great place to stay.

The hotel was so charming! Room was very clean and comfortable, staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is an offsite garage but it’s an easy walk and there is a spot (or two) to pull up and unload luggage and there was no pressure to rush to get unloaded and get the car moved. Location is great too!

Highly enjoyed my stay at the Charlesmark! This is a prime time location especially for travelers intending to walk everywhere. Staff was always available, helpful and friendly. Plus i was able to check in early- no problem. The room itself was just what i needed! Ill definitely be returning next time im in Boston!

Great and very central location in Boston. Room was small but very clean. The free breakfast was just coffee and donuts. We ordered from the Cafe's breakfast menu instead (discounted by 20% for hotel guests) and that was very good. The hotel validates parking in the Clarendon St garage ($6 off the $36 daily rate). That still doesn't make it cheap, but the garage is reasonably close to the hotel and it worked out well.

This hotel was exactly what I wanted. In the middle of everything. Right next to the T since I don't drive. Tons of shopping and restaurants near me. The room is tiny, very tiny but clean and nice and served it's purpose. I would definitely go back.

We wanted a nice hotel within walking distance of the Back Bay Boston Amtrak station. We got a great price from Hotels.com. The Charlesmark Hotel fit the bill. We really enjoyed walking around the Back Bay Area - we saw the Public Garden, the Charles River and we loved the 20% discount we got from the Landwer Cafe, though there are other great restaurants nearby.
