Wonderful little hotel with all the conveniences in or nearby and lots of charm. Easy to get to beach and once there, chairs and umbrellas await. I enjoyed a nice pool day, too.

The feel when you walk in the door is amazing. It smelled so good as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was just an all around wonderful trip. I will definitely be going back.

I really liked this hotel! It was close to the beach, away from crowds in south beach, and the staff/service was great. The 1hr bike rentals were nice and the chair/umbrella rentals were good too. Just keep in mind there is a required $45/day resort fee. I understand that it helps with some of these services but I wish it that was better advertised because it surprised me when I arrived.

I want to give kudos to Jose in Food and Beverage. We had a small issue and he was right there to make things right. We have stayed here before and this is a great hotel. Quiet area but a short free trolly ride to south beach. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the staff that were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed ourselves so booked here again for 3 day pre and post cruise. The hotel is under new management and upgrades will be happening. Everyone is kind and helpful but I have concerns about the bar tender.. initially I had to give my order 3 times before he made it (sangria) not a difficult order. Then we ordered the shrimp cevichi (excellent by the way) we had a 20% off coupon but he said we couldn't use it because i didnt show it to him before I ordered. When we asked about the 20% charge on the bill he said that was for the hotel and not his tip..?? Today my husband went up for 2 small black coffees and same bartender charged $17 and my husband gave $20 for tip because none of 20% goes to him..?? I would love clarification on that because other restaurants menus say 14% goes to waitstaff and 6% to hotel. Also a cup of black coffee is $6 elsewhere. Sadly, we ate and drank at other establishments. We will be back post cruise, maybe a different bartender will be here then.

Selama periode ini, akomodasi akan tetap beroperasi sebagian; namun, tamu diharapkan dapat memahami bahwa fasilitas/layanan akan terbatas, dan beberapa fasilitas seperti kolam renang serta pusat kebugaran mungkin tidak tersedia. Restoran akan sementara tidak tersedia mulai 23 Juli 2026 hingga 15 Oktober 2026 (tanggal dapat berubah).
Tamu harus berusia 21 tahun atau lebih untuk dapat check-in. Mohon diperhatikan bahwa tarif Breakfast Included sudah termasuk sarapan untuk 2 tamu. Biaya tambahan akan dikenakan untuk tamu berikutnya.
