I was in Boston for a short stay. The hotel has a fun ambience. There are lots of people in the common areas studying, talking , or simply enjoying the moment. The rooms are small, but extremely clean. Imagine you are staying in a small cruise cabin. We had a beautiful big window next to the bed. The view was spectacular. If you are traveling with lots of luggage or with kids, I do not think it’s the place for you. But for a short stay, for fun or work, it’s great. It’s very modern. Lighting features in the room. It’s just fun. Hoping to stay there again.

For those who like a modern minimalist look and independence, you will enjoy what is offered. I enjoy checking myself in, Tommy at check-in was very helpful. The room is compact and good for a couple of days for the business person. For those who like a lot of room, and traditional service —this will not work for you. I didn’t get to enjoy breakfast or the rooftop bar but I will be coming back and try those out. They do offer luggage storage for 24 hours which is a convenient perk.

It was super busy when we arrived but the girl who basically juggles everything, (by herself mostly), with the service dog, was awesome. I’m only writing this review because of her. Nice work!

The bar was so incredibly convenient and helpful open late at night to come down for a snack and a drink. Staff was friendly and had a pleasant demeanor. Pairing a device for streaming was difficult but tv viewing was still possible. Very limited space so pack light lol! Great location, easily accessible, parking garage close by which was convenient.

Perfect location! Convenient to the T, walking distance to shops and restaurants. CLEAN room, quiet, great amenities. Loved choosing our “view” upon check-in. Friendly and helpful staff and super funky, cool vibe and decor. The enormous “living room” on the main level with space to work, relax, chill was great! Loved the iPad control and “Focus” Mood.

I loved it. It was my first time staying at a CitizenM hotel and given the chance I would choose it over anything less than a luxury resort. It was perfect for single traveler, had excellent amenities, and was actually interesting to be at instead of boring.

Loved the modern hotel with amenities. Very clean, technology forward place. Very chic and fun. I wish there was parking or somr type of parking deal with local garage after driving 4 hrs to Boston, that would be my only critic. However the stay and hotel were wonderful!
