Loved staying at CitizenM! The decor is such a refreshing change from the typical boring hotel vibe — every corner feels modern, creative, and fun. It honestly makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere unique instead of a standard hotel room. The atmosphere was vibrant, cozy, and stylish at the same time. Definitely one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had!

Excellent location, just 1 bock from L'enfant Metro station. The Warf it's about 10 minutes waking, lot of options to eat. Nice bed and comfortable pillows. Everything in the room is controlled by the tablet.

Amazing stay! Friendly staff; Clean rooms; comfortable bed; blackout curtains were a plus; loved the iPad controls. It is small, but I was by myself so I didn’t mind it at all. Highly recommend!

Great location for exploring National Mall. Hotel was very clean, staff very helpful. Self check in was a little intimidating,but staff was available to help through the process. Worked very well. Room were small, but had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel

A very unusual hotel! We enjoyed the personal touches in welcoming us to our room. The Breakfast was awesome, and the room clean and very modern. The videos in the elevators were a little weird. But the location was perfect. Parking is nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved how close it was to the Mall. Common areas and hotel toom was clean. Nice comfy bed. The room is small. If you're sharing the room, hopefully its someone you are very intimate and comfortable with! Not your typical hotel room, but you have everything you need. Everything has its place. Once you figure out the tablet which handles all the lighting, temp and tv. And once you figure out the shower controls....it was great! Its just part of our adventure! And the view from our 9th floor room was a nice surprise. The 24/7 restaurant on site is very handy. Small menu, but enough to feed yourself in a pinch. This will be our Go-To when we return to DC! Highly recommend. Oh, and the sushi at Sushi by Bou was awesome! Fresh and yummy!

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare in centro. Le camere sono minuscole ma molto confortevoli e i servizi dell’hotel sono ottimi. Per un viaggio in solitaria decisamente il top, in coppia forse eviterei. Colazione okay, probabilmente non la rifarei. Letto super comodo!

Rooms are perfect for one traveler and ok for two because of the small space. Liked that it is eco friendly and modern. This location is great if you want to explore the National Mall! It is also very close to the Metro.

Great service, freindly staff, highly recommend. Food pricey but expected at hotels. Food was pretty good overall better than Hampton inn free breakfast. Great for solo travelers. Close to everything in DC.
