We loved our stay! The cookies on the door were a great touch. The café has the best breads and muffins. We cannot wait to come back. The location is the ultimate walkable spot in Beaufort. The staff is fabulous! You can tell this hotel was renovated with love. The soaking tub is so relaxing and my daughter loved that she could watch TV in the bathroom.

Newly renovated motel but was a great stay. We upgraded to the suite which had 2 showers and adjoining rooms. Was clean and the air conditioning worked great! We will definitely stay here again

First of all the staff was outstanding…..always aiming to please. We arrived early and the staff immediately assisted us in securing a room….since we were traveling with our two kitty cats……and the temps outdoors were extremely hot. Stef and her staff were so ever helpful and cordial. Her assistant went out of her way to make a room available! (Wish we knew her name….she along with Stef were outstanding!) The hotel has a great cafe with delicious coffee and treats! The hotels ‘ location is perfect…..across the water front park and a quick…short walk to the best restaurants! We will certainly return many times more in the figure! Cheers, Edwardo&Josee Cvercko

The refrigerator in our room did not work after we put all of our groceries inside. As a result, we lost approximately $175 worth of food, including juice, cheese, and milk. We have stayed at your property multiple times and have always had good experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. What made it worse was the resolution that was offered. We were only given two vouchers for a small cup of coffee, worth about six dollars each. That is nowhere near equivalent to the value of what we lost. I understand that problems can happen, but the way this was handled left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected a more reasonable effort to make things right, especially as a returning guest. I hope you will reconsider your response and provide compensation that more fairly reflects the loss we experienced.

Helpful staff, exceptionally clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. If you like soaking tubs, this is for you. The shower was huge. The hotel is well located, with restaurants across the street. The voucher for the coffee shop next door was a very nice touch, they have excellent coffee.
