The room is a good deal for the price of the room including tax, and private bathroom. Updated bathroom, has nice size and shape shower/tub, good water pressure. No phone, no microwave, but does have flat screen TV.

Horrible place to stay . The heater was out, the bathtub had issues. Although I paid a total of $57 for the night but I’d rather pay little more n get a much cleaner environment. This entire building needs a renovation n major cleanup . It smelled like urine at some areas of the patio .

The location was very good for the purposes of my visit. Unfortunately there was a lot of outside noise. The bathroom was excellent, very clean, great water pressure, actually looked like a recent remodel. The bedroom carpet was worn and appeared dirty. It was a cold night and the heater didn’t work. The bed was soft and comfortable but the bedding was very worn and the cover needed to be washed. All in all I was pleased with the property considering the reasonable rates especially for San Francisco. Will probably stay there again.

The first room had a large broken window covered with a broken sheet of wood. The 2nd room was ok dirty and no TV.

There is nothing positive about this Inn , very dirty, noisy , and unsafe, you get this impression the moment you check in. They check you in from behind a bullet proof window during the day time. Homeless people are camping around the property. At night there is nocking at your door by those who are drunk or what ever.... it was a big mistake to stay there.

Listen I know that the price for this hotel is very cheap so I was expecting getting what I paid for but DAMN the room gross. Like unsanitary. If I walked around the carpet for only a few seconds my feet would be black. The carpet was wet when I got in. There was dark stains on the comforter and holes in the sheets. Crumbs just… everywhere. It smelled weird, too. Like cigarettes covered up with Febreeze. The accommodations were fine, like I said, I was getting what I paid for but the unsanitary factor is really not okay.

Great that it has parking, albeit fairly sketchy. Rooms smell awful. Bed covers are old and scratchy.
