Great stay! Nice and cozy hotel located close to Times Square. Good standard with nice bathroom. Small room, but that doesn’t matter. Who stays in the room when in New York? Some room for improvement regarding breakfast. The selection could be better. Other than that, I really recommend the hotel.

A lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are quite small but we didn't plan to stay in. We were out in NYC after all. The hotel is very close to Time Square but the sound proofing was fairly good. Few "in room" amenities, but coffee was available downstairs. Nice stay - especially for the price.

Zero complaints! Great place for a quick stay! The staff was very friendly and professional. Property is clean. Despite the size of the room it was very comfortable and quiet! I honestly can’t say I’ve stayed anywhere where I didn’t hear something, but it is very quiet here. Location is walkable to literally anywhere. I would definitely stay again.

Such great hotel all around. Great location, I had a beautiful view from my 10th floor room. I traveled solo and felt very safe at the Civilian. Walking distance to Broadway shows, Central Park, Hell' Kitchen and Times Square! Staff was also so helpful and welcoming.
