The room was quaint and comfortable. The amenities were exactly what I needed; coffee maker, fridge, a small table and chair, plus a desk. The staff was friendly and let me know that my room was ready early, which was great since i flew in on a red eye in the morning. There were plenty of towels, good shower temp and water pressure, and comfy bed with an extra blanket. Also, the heat was working well, which was essential for January. The only complaint I have is that the bed frame was bigger than the box spring and mattress and was a similar color to the carpet. So I kept banging my shins against the edge of the bed frame.

Great "hidden jewel" ran by very nice people. Immaculately clean, private and nearby all pertinent necessities. Fairly priced too. I frequent the area often to see my elderly mom at her assisted living facility and have switched to staying here. I will be staying here again in 2 months :)

I love the Clarence Inn! Everything is always clean and ready for me. I was in the process of moving to the area and had stayed there many times before my move. Maria was always so sweet and helpful. It's not fancy, but very clean and a great location. I love the fact that it is local.

Very convenient to Buffalo airport; small rooms but had everything you need, Maria was onsite and very welcoming and helpful. The only downside was that the room and property need a little refresh….carpet, furniture, but all in all it was good.

No breakfast and a bit further from the action but very roomy and comfortable. I would just recommend that they keep the outside lights lit by the landmark Buffalo in front because it’s hard to locate the driveway at night.

Could use a bit of an update and the rooms have more "stuff then necessary" but it was lovely... a couple hooks on the wall, take out the dressers and cupboard, put the TV up on a Wall rack, and you could easily put in queen beds and have a TON of room in the basic units, we love it, but it was tiny ... and our door was very sticky, the lock...
