Excellent value if staying in Chicago. This is by no means a luxury hotel, but check-in is fast, bed comfortable, shower water hot, and location could not be better if you are seeing a show.

Neat and today. Clean & comfy room. No fridge. Decent restaurant on first level. I only breakfasted but excellent food & service. Safe downtown location; walking distance to Art museum, NH museum & shopping. EXCELLENT value for money.

The rooms are clean and quiet with air conditioning. No mini frig. The staff is friendly and keeps the rooms clean. There is a restaurant next door (Elephant and Castle---British pub style with sports TV) that sells very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had dinner there some months before I found out about the Club Quarters hotel. If you stay at the hotel you can access the restaurant through a door with your hotel key card and charge meals to your room.

Room was clean, Property location was walking distance to all the sights. Hotel doesn't have parking but they send you a link where to park with a discount which wasn't a bad price. I would stay here again

I was traveling with my mom, so finding a room with two twin beds at a modest price was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Room was smaller than average, but had a good size closet if needed. No microwave or mini fridge, but did not need. My only complaint was the Nespresso machine. There were three capsules total. The machine sounds like a portable air compressor running. Selecting the large cup selector made a shot glass worth of coffee. Had to press button twice to fill the tiny cups provided. Also would have been nice to have tea available. They did have refillable filtered water bottles/dispenser on every floor.

Room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, complimentary water bottle with fill station in every floor. restaurant and lounge open until 2am. Although we did not get to experience it. Parking was expensive but Adrian helped us get a discounted rate at a nearby parking lot. It was secured and well lit. I accidentally left my purse behind and called them immediately once I realized and thankfully they found it and I was able to pick it up immediately. Pets stay free just make sure you let them know as they use a certain floor for pets but even though it was used for pets it was exceptionally clean.

Main room and bathroom clean. The staff was really friendly and check goes on quickly and we didn’t have to wait on elevator which was nice. We do wish we have a little refrigerator in the room.

The staff was fantastic! While the hotel shows its age, it offers good value for the price. The professionalism and extra effort from the staff compensate for the limited amenities. It’s situated in a great location.
